A brand new build in the prestigious city of Rolling Hills, this Spanish Ranch is just over 5,000 square feet and sits on approximately 3.7 acres.  Some amenities include a motor court, faux stone bridge, three car garage, a barn just below the main house, two guest suites separate from the main house but connected by a covered breezeway, on site hand distressed beams throughout the house, vaulted and coffered ceilings, and custom cabinetry throughout.
