When you have a beautiful view of the Downtown LA skyline & the Queen's Necklace, it's only natural to have a backyard fit to entertain at a moment's notice. Due to the geology of Rolling Hills, this gazebo and pool (not pictured) required months of planning and engineering and a few more months of construction.

This home is Rolling Hills Estates is tucked away, at the end of a cul de sac, on a large lot. This outdoor shower was necessary to accommodate guests visiting the pool. Epei wood, hand painted aqua arabesque tile, chrome rain head and plumbing fixtures, with niche for soaps and shampoos.
Torrance, Ca
Formerly chain linked fencing enclosed a boring backyard. This renovation included new vinyl fencing with electric gate, gazebo covering 170 square feet, grading and preparing for concrete and pavers, large concrete blocks with a modern rock inlay, low voltage lighting, string lights, chandelier, new landscaping and custom built redwood planters.
